A Fun Thanksgiving in Missouri !

Thanksgiving was fun to be in Missouri with Kaylene,Will,Addy,Carter and Boston. We went to St.Louis and saw the arch and went up inside the arch it was awesome!We also went to the zoo. It was great to see the sites. The most important event was Adyson getting baptized. We are so proud of you Addy.We love you and your family we had a great time in Missouri.

Bruce and Debra Family Reunion on July 2,2011 in Bozeman

On July 2,2011 Our family had a family reunion in Bozeman. We hiked up to Palasades Falls and then had a cook out. Then we went back to our home and the grandchildren loved the slip and slide once they got used to it and swam in the hot tub. We had good food and also a few fire works like snap pops and sparklers!To make it complete we skyped Kaylene and her family so with the help of technology we were all together!

Hull Family Reunion

Last weekend was the Hull family reunion at Leonard and Barbara's house in Idaho. It was so wonderful to see all my brothers and my sister Colleen. Outside there was swings and sandbox and a pool for the kids to have a fun time. Did you see the awesome turkey it was cooked in peanut oil it only took 1hr and 10 minutes for a 20 lb. turkey. My Dad (Leonard) grandpa, or great grandpa enjoyed seeing everyone! I love my family and it was so wonderful to see everyone again.

Playa del Carmen

We were able to take a bus to Playa Del Carma and use the nice beach and also the food and drink was all inclusive. So we enjoyed 2 resorts. It was nice warm water and plenty of sunshine.

Our Trip to Cancun Mexico

On May 13-16th Bruce and I went to Cancun Mexico!

We went from winter to summer! The air was warm

in 80- 90 degrees and humidity. We enjoyed the sun!

A Trip to the Museum of the Rockies with cousins and Grandma

The Museum of the Rockies has a great Discovery room for Children. We all had fun. We went fishing, pretend to cook the fish at the Old Faithful Lodge and wore eagle masks! The kids would not spend very long in each exhibit.

Baby Penelope born on December 24th 8Lbs and 4 oz and 20 inches long!

Beautiful Penelope Snow Tubbs welcome to our family! She is our 11th grandchild! She is so beautiful and perfect. We love your family. Penelope was born on December 24th at 4:30 am she weighed 8lbs and 4 0z and is 20 inches long. Kim had some difficulty of blood clots and hemorrage but after a priesthood blessing we know the Lord blessed her with healing.

Christmas 2010 at Grandma and Grandpa Tew's House

Christmas morning Bruce, Teasha, Aaron, Lilly and I woke up at 8:00am and started to open presents. Lilly loved the wrapping paper and even unwrapped a present by herself. I received a jewelry box, sweaters, new shoes and a cook book. Bruce received sweaters, a car, luggage, and CD of Carrie Underwood and the Dvd of the movie Inception. Dan and Ashley and family came over later and also Kim and Roy after Kim got out of the hospital. Overall Christmas was fun, and lots of good food and lots of family.

Yes Dan and Bruce did get some nice deer this year! Logan was excited about the guns and the deer. When Logan saw the deer in the truck he was not quite sure if he should touch it. The other pictures are of a natural arch bridge.

One Monday night for family home evening Daniel, Ashley, Logan and Tyler invited Bruce and I to go bowling up at the SUB with them. We had a fun time. Tyler loved the balls and he enjoyed pushing the ball off the ramp. Logan was at first afraid and then he loved the bowling also. It was a fun family home evening.

Grandma Tew's 80th Birthday!

Marjean Tew her 80 th Birthday was quite the party! The family all gathered at Leslie Idaho and had fun and enjoyed yummy food! It was so fun!

The Alaska Glacier

Our trip to see a glacier was awesome! We saw seals, whales, puffins, porpoises and other birds. We watched the glacier break off and fall into the ocean. We could hear the glacier cracking. There was about 10 whales feeding in the ocean when we were watching them. It was amazing trip!

Fishing Trip in Alaska!

This was our home for a few days while fishing. We had a kitchen and 2 bedrooms and a loft. The first day we went fishing on the Kenai River for King Salmon. Dad ( Leonard) caught a 20lb salmon and I (Debra) caught sock eye salmon ! When we went halibut fishing out in the ocean we all caught 2 that was the limit. Then on the last day of fishing on the Kasilof River Bruce caught a 35 lb king salmon the last half hour of the day.

I was nominated for being a wonderful paraprofessional at Sacajawea Middle School by Mary Stone the teacher I work with. I love working with students! Kim and Roy and the girls had a camp out at our house last night. And Yes the tent is inside the house because the weather was bad! Also you do see dad playing a game that is amazing ! Thanks for coming over Kim and Roy and girls we had a good time!

Everyone has been saying send picture of your kitchen so here it is. Roy Tubbs sanded and stained the cabinets and made them like new. We had new counter tops installed and a new kitchen sink.

We arrived in the Punta Cana Airport. We were in paradise! It was warm and very beautiful. We were ready to have fun and relaxation.

I want to share some of the beautiful pictures that Bruce took while we were there. With this resort it was all inclusive so we could eat anything we wanted. The resort had beautiful areas all over to sit and rest and take it easy.

Day 4th and 5th
Snorkeling in the ocean and boogie boarding was a blast! The water was so warm and the waves were great! We also walked the beach about a mile and found some shopping for t-shirts and gifts to bring home.

Day 6th and 7th flew home from Dominican Republic it was hard to leave. We really enjoyed the warm weather and when we reached Bozeman there was snow on the ground.

A Weekend in Helena

In March Bruce and I went to Helena Montana to take care of Tiffany and Nate's children. We love to be grandparents and we had a great weekend with them! Natalie just kept chattering away and was so excited to see us. The only way we could get them both to take naps was to watch a movie and hold them on our laps, and yes we fell asleep also. It was fun to be in their house and play with them with their toys. We went outside a flew a kite. Natalie loves her kitchen set and we pretended to make cookies and bake them.

Our family was invited to visit this new family spot in Bozeman. It is a building with inflatables inside. The grandchildren had fun. Well Elsie and Sophie thought it was great and it was too much noise and too many people for Logan and then just when he was getting used to it he was bounced on by an older child. The new place is called Party's are Us. They have 2 rooms with inflatables and rooms also to have birthday parties and video game room. We were invited because Bruce put a pepsi machine in there for people to use. It was fun but secretly I wish that all the kids were gone and it was just a time for adults I would love to go on it. Wedding Reception in Bozeman

A great time was had by all at the wedding reception. The grandchildren especially the girls were in their pretty dresses and loved to play and have fun! It was wonderful to see so many friends come because the weather was not very good.

On December 27, 2009 Teasha and Aaron were married in the Billings Montana Temple.
She is the last one in our family to be married! Aaron is from Tacoma Washington. We are very happy for them and of course they are extremely happy!They will live in Bozeman until spring.
